Privacy Policy
This policy explains how The Creative Linear ("we," "us") handles information in Hoopfinity (the "game"). For privacy questions or requests, contact support@thecreativelinear.com.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. The game is free, shows advertisements, and has no in-app purchases.
1. Information used by the game
Local progress and preferences. The game saves your current run, best score, tutorial progress, power-up charges and audio settings on your device only. Clearing the game's app storage erases this progress. We do not receive it.
Google Play Games Services. When you sign in, the game uses your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar to show your profile and rank. It submits your score to Google's leaderboard and retrieves leaderboard entries. Your gamer profile and score may be visible to other players according to Google's service and profile settings. Google also processes service analytics and diagnostics. You can decline sign-in and still play; only the leaderboard is unavailable.
Advertising and technical information. The game includes Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) for interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Advertising services may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and operating-system information, app and ad interactions, ad views and clicks, session events and diagnostic information. The game itself does not collect payment details, contacts, precise location, photos or files.
Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
2. How information is used
Information supports gameplay and saved progress, Google Play Games authentication and leaderboards, ad delivery and reward validation, measurement of ad effectiveness, troubleshooting, service improvement, and prevention of fraud or abuse. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request.
3. Services and sharing
Google processes information for Play Games features under the Google Privacy Policy. Unity and its advertising partners process information to deliver, measure and support advertising under the Unity Privacy Policy and the ironSource Privacy Policy. These providers may process information for their own purposes as described in their policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service. We do not sell personal information.
4. Advertising choices
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ads personalization in your Android settings under Privacy > Ads. Rewarded advertisements are shown only when you choose to watch one.
5. Data retention and deletion
Local progress stays on your device until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it. Leaderboard data is held by Google and can be managed or deleted through your Google account and Play Games profile settings. Advertising partners retain data according to their own policies. To request deletion of any information we hold about you, such as support emails, write to support@thecreativelinear.com.
6. Security
Data exchanged with Google and advertising services is transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
