Updated October 8, 2026

This policy explains how The Creative Linear (Burak Yurttas) handles information in the Android games listed below. Contact support@thecreativelinear.com for privacy questions and requests. Features and data handling differ by game and version; the Hoopfinity analytics section describes the 1.1 update.

Hoopfinity

Android package: com.hoopfinity.game. Intended for players aged 13 and over. Local data includes saved runs, scores, tutorial progress, power-up charges and settings. Google Play Games supports optional sign-in and score leaderboards. Gameplay remains available without signing in.

Analytics in version 1.1. Firebase Analytics processes an app-instance identifier, app/device information and usage events, including first open, sessions, engagement, game starts, game overs (score and highest tier) and completed rewarded ads. We use these to understand usage and improve the game. We do not send player names, email addresses, dates of birth or Google Play Games player IDs as custom analytics fields. Firebase advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization are disabled.

Regional analytics choices. A first-party endpoint on our website estimates your country from your connection IP using a local country database. It does not send that IP to a third-party geolocation API. Our host may process normal access/security logs. A successful US determination can enable analytics automatically unless you have declined. Other countries and unavailable or uncertain results receive a startup analytics choice before collection. This is separate from advertising consent. You can change your choice in the game's Settings → Privacy menu. Declining does not prevent gameplay. Disabling collection resets local analytics data and stops future analytics events; it does not automatically delete previously uploaded information.

Advertising. Hoopfinity uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and Unity Ads for rewarded and interstitial ads. The app requests non-personalized advertising. This does not eliminate the technical data needed for ad delivery, security and measurement. Regional advertising choices are presented through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP); the game's Privacy menu provides access to available ad privacy options. Changed advertising choices take effect fully after restarting the game.

Twenty Four: Casino Nights

Android package: com.casinonights.twentyfour. Intended for adults aged 18 and over. All game currency is fictional, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. Local data includes fictional bankroll, level, experience, statistics, room progress, reward eligibility and settings. Play Games supports profile and highest-bankroll leaderboards. Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads support advertising; Google UMP supports regional privacy choices. The Hoopfinity Firebase analytics description above does not describe a Firebase integration in Twenty Four.

Stack & Smash

Android package: com.thecreativelinear.stacksmash. Intended for players aged 13 and over. The game stores progress, scores, settings, age-group choice, purchase status and diagnostic gameplay events on your device. It does not require an account. The local gameplay event log stays on your device. This version does not provide a Google Play Games leaderboard.

Optional analytics. In the Firebase-enabled update, players aged 16 and over can choose to allow Google Firebase Analytics. It is off until you opt in, and remains off for younger players or an unspecified age. Analytics measures ad requests, loading and display failures, shown and closed ads, earned rewards, granted continues, active play time and reasons an automatic ad break was skipped. Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier, app/device information and automatic usage events such as sessions and engagement, and can derive approximate location from IP. We do not send names, email addresses or precise location as custom event fields. Advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization are disabled for analytics.

Analytics consent is separate from advertising consent. Declining does not affect gameplay or rewards. Change your choice under Settings → Privacy & Analytics. Turning analytics off stops future events and resets local analytics data; it does not automatically delete previously uploaded data. The downloaded test build uses a separate Firebase app stream.

Advertising and age choices. Stack & Smash uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded continues and automatic ad breaks between runs. Players aged 13 and over may receive ads, subject to regional privacy requirements and ad availability. We request restricted treatment for players aged 13–17, disable advertising-ID access and signal that their data must not be used for personalized advertising or sale/sharing. Players under 13 and players who do not specify their age do not initialize the advertising service. For ages 13–15, ads are also unavailable where the consent service does not establish that the regional requirements can be satisfied. The game remains playable when advertising is unavailable.

Google User Messaging Platform checks applicable privacy requirements before advertising begins. Google and the advertising providers may process IP address and approximate location, app/device identifiers and information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising, maintain security and prevent fraud. The game does not request GPS location. Restricted advertising still involves technical data processing. Available advertising privacy choices can be opened from Settings; after changing them, restart the game before requesting further ads.

Purchases. Remove Automatic Ads is a one-time Google Play purchase. It removes automatic ad breaks; optional rewarded continues remain. Google handles payment details. The game reads and validates purchase information to provide and restore the entitlement; we do not receive your payment-card details.

Notifications. Optional reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can decline notification permission or turn notifications off through Android Settings. This version does not use a remote push-notification service.

Your choices. Clear the app's storage in Android Settings to delete local game data and settings. This does not cancel a Google Play purchase or automatically delete provider-held data. For access or deletion requests concerning information we control, contact support@thecreativelinear.com and identify Stack & Smash. Google's privacy policy describes its own data controls and request methods.

Shared data practices

The following practices apply where the corresponding feature is available, as described in each game section above.

1. Information used by the game

2. How information is used

Information supports gameplay and saved preferences, Google Play Games authentication and leaderboards, ad delivery and reward validation, measurement of ad effectiveness, troubleshooting, service improvement, and prevention of fraud or abuse. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request.

3. Services and sharing

Google processes information for Play Games features, UMP privacy messaging, AdMob advertising in Stack & Smash and Firebase Analytics in Hoopfinity 1.1 and the Firebase-enabled Stack & Smash update. We can access aggregate analytics reports and configured analytics data for our Firebase project. Unity and its advertising partners process information to deliver, measure and support advertising. These providers may process information for their own purposes as described in their policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.

We do not sell your support messages. Ad-related transfers may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; provider privacy controls and applicable rights are described below.

4. Your choices and data deletion

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, opt out of certain advertising uses, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

5. Retention

Local game data remains until it is removed or replaced; device backup and restore settings may affect its persistence. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property and applicable Google retention rules. Google Play Games and advertising providers retain information under their own policies. Contact us about information we control; we may need additional non-sensitive details to locate a record, and we cannot necessarily identify an analytics record from an email address alone. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, legal obligations or disputes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. We do not promise that provider-held information is automatically deleted within 90 days.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. Google and advertising services use secure connections for supported data transfers, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own; see their policies for transfer and protection details.

7. Children

These games are not directed to children under 13. Hoopfinity and Stack & Smash are intended for ages 13 and over; Twenty Four is intended for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address information within our control.

8. This website

This policy page does not include analytics scripts, advertising, embedded videos or a contact form. Other pages of our website have separate website analytics choices. Our hosting provider may process normal web-server logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and secure the website. Clicking an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date above will identify the latest revision.
